Terms / 02

The deal is simple.

Use BoomBox to organize your orders and packages. Be decent, keep your account secure, and do not use the service to make the internet worse.

01

Using BoomBox

BoomBox gives you tools to organize order information, products, vendors, documents, and shipments. You may use the service for your personal or internal business organization, as long as you follow these terms and applicable law.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you are using BoomBox for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

02

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility, so tell us promptly if you think someone else got in.

03

Your content

You keep ownership of the order details, notes, documents, and other content you add to BoomBox. You give us permission to host, process, display, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload secrets, malware, unlawful material, or someone else's private information without a legitimate reason and permission.

04

Connected services

BoomBox may connect to services such as email or carrier tracking when you choose to enable them. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, data, and delivery estimates are outside BoomBox's control.

Tracking information can change, arrive late, or be wrong at the source. BoomBox is an organizing layer — not a carrier, retailer, insurer, or promise that a package will materialize on schedule.

05

Things you cannot do

Please do not use BoomBox to:

  • Break the law, violate another person's rights, or evade a security or access control.
  • Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its connected systems.
  • Upload malicious code, phishing content, or anything designed to trick, harm, or invade someone.
  • Pretend to be another person or use the service to build a competing abuse or surveillance tool.
06

Our service

We work to keep BoomBox useful, accurate, and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly current at every moment. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

BoomBox is provided as-is and as-available to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by carrier errors, retailer errors, third-party outages, missed delivery windows, or your failure to review the information on your board.

07

Suspension and ending

You can stop using BoomBox at any time. We may suspend or end access if an account creates risk, breaks these terms, fails to pay an applicable charge, or is required to do so for legal or security reasons.

Sections that should logically continue — including ownership, limitations, and dispute-related terms — will continue after the account ends.

08

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as BoomBox evolves. If a change is meaningful, we will make a reasonable effort to call it out. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms? Contact the BoomBox team through the support channel associated with your account. We promise to keep the answer shorter than this page.
